终于有人站出来为中国的站长向google讨个说法
针对Google AdSense无效点击案月内开审
5月24日，小龙收到上海市第一中级人民法院受理案件通知书，起诉Google Inc.无效点击案将在一个月内开庭审理。
几日前，上海站长小龙提交了起诉状，控告Google Inc.的无效点击判断和处理方式侵犯广告发布者的权益，一中院高度重视并且很快受理了该案件。
Google Inc.一直频繁使用无效点击的管理手段对广告的点击和广告发布者的收入进行调整，使得广告发布者怨声载道。
而的广告发布的另外一端，Google AdWords广告主也对无效点击深恶痛疾，之前广告主诉Google AdWords无效点击案最终也6000万美圆赔偿和解。
正是因为这样的原因，Google Inc.对来自广告发布者方面的无效点击控制更加严格，结果过犹不及，没有在广告主那边得到更多的认可反而给发布者带来了很大的损失。
小龙说：这样的诉讼非常有意义，要么为其他的发布者提起新的诉讼指明方向，要么促进Google Inc.调整无效点击的策略。
所以在诉讼的每一个阶段都需要做到非常完善，在庭审中我还会要求听证，让一些相关人员尤其是国家管理机关参与，比如通信管理和广告管理部门。
